It’s that time of year again when the Orange and Black colors fly with Pride. Check out the activities that the Alumni Association have planed:
Friday, October 29
4:00 pm – 7:00 pm Tailgate Booker T Washington High School
Come and be a part of our 2nd annual Homecoming/Alumni tailgate. Bring your family and friends. Children’s activities available.
5:30 pm Preparing for a Sweet Victory
6:30 pm Hornet Alumni Walk
Show your Hornet spirit by gathering in front of the new school and marching into the stadium behind the Alumni T-Connection band. We will be posting the ‘Alumni Chant’ in October so that everyone can learn the words.
7:00 pm Homecoming pre-game activities
7:30 pm Football game: Hornets vs. Roger’s Ropers

9:00 pm – 1:00 am Homecoming / Alumni Party Greenwood Cultural Cntr

Which BTW alumni class will unseat the Class of ’85? Teams are already signing up! 5 person team – $55.00
8:00 pm – 1:00 am Orange & Black Alumni Ball Doubletree Hotel

An evening of BTW celebration , filled with awards, food, dancing and fun. Live band and a DJ will provide the entertainment for the evening.
Attire: Semi formal/ Formal
Admission: $25 (until 9/30/2010) $30 (after 9/30/2010)

A portion of the proceeds from this weekends activities will be used to purchase much needed items for the Historical Booker T. and also various departments at the new school.
